The Conference Setup House person is responsible for assisting the Director or Manager of Conference Setup, the Crew Chief or the Conference Setup Leader II to ensure that all meetings and banquet functions are set up correctly and timely based on the information in the detail sheets and Banquet Event Orders. They are also to note any changes to these orders whether written or verbal. They are to follow department standards as outlined in the manual. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
