Job duties include but not limited to: Responsible for troubleshooting and performing basic mechanical, electrical, A/C, and plumbing repairs. Must be able to comprehend work assignments and complete paperwork. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. A valid driver's license is required.
