Responsible for checking guests in & out of the Mountain Creek Inn reservations system.  Collecting credit cards, cash and checks for payment and reconciliations.  Filing registration cards, creating gift cards, re-stocking inventory, running reports.  Maintaining a professional  and curious demeanor at times, ability to work independently following prescribed standard operating procedures.  Excellent guest service and computer skills required.  Knowledge of Resort Suite, Word and Excel software preferred.  Ability to multi-task.  Hotel or resort experience preferred.  Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
