Callaway Resort & Gardens is seeking an experienced A/R Clerk to join the Accounting Team. 

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service to guests with account discrepancies and to update and maintain monthly accounts to include billing and resolving disputes.

Specific duties include:

  • Work closely with Front Desk and Reservations to address guest inquiries and issues
  • Resolve customer service complaints concerning billing disputes, credit card charges and refund requests.
  • Maintain, prepare and distribute monthly/utility/member accounts.
  • Maintain and update all monthly/member/utility system files.
  • Group Billing prepare invoices with appropriate backup, provide billing support
  • Maintain a good working relationship with club members and utility customers.
  • Answer all credit card disputes and provide proper documentation as needed.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

This position reports to the Controller.
