The Assistant Housekeeping Manager  is responsible for monitoring the operation of Front Desk and Housekeeping. Assists in training, assumes managerial duties when the manager is unavailable, and performs special  projects as assigned by the manager. Other duties include but are not limited to: responsible for inventory of owner supplies, signing purchase order requisitions, maintaining the supply and purchase logs, monitoring daily reports, assisting with guest complaints and maintaining contact with all areas of properties operation and reporting to the manager. Must ensure compliance with property and cottage operating policy, as well as assist in training staff. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age or older.
